Apartment Maintenance Tech

INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD AT OUR PEORIA OFFICE. JOB LOCATION IS IN PHOENIX.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide preventative maintenance

Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.

Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.

Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.

Manages records of activity in the maintenance log.

Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

At least 6 months of onsite experience

Valid I.D. Required

Have reliable transportation

Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties

BE A/C, EPA, or HVAC certified (A PLUS)

FULL-TIME, PART-TIME, OR TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
