House Cleaning for AirBnBs - Full- or Part-Time

We are a growing company that focuses on AirBnB cleaning. We are going to be adding residential cleaning soon and need more employees. We offer a great work environment with flexible hours based on your availability. We provide cleaning supplies and equipment. You need to supply your own vacuum. If you are still working for us in 3 months, we will loan you a new vacuum to use. Pay is $17 to $25 per hour based on experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We do short-term rental changeovers (AirBnB cleaning) and clean residential homes on occasion. Changeovers take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day, so availability during those times is essential.

You need to be available to work three of the following days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Please do not apply if you can't work at least three of those days. We are also looking for teams of 2 for some of our larger homes, Mondays - Sundays.

A normal work week is 10-20 hours ($200-$500 per week), depending on your preferences. You get to accept or decline projects as they fit your schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Must pass a criminal background check.

-Must be experienced at cleaning and have a keen eye for detail.

-Must maintain a high level of cleanliness & attention to detail.

-Must have a reliable vehicle.

-Must have a smartphone; iPhone preferred.

-Must know how to send photos from your phone via email.

-Must be able to work with a partner or independently.

-Must be dependable. If you accept a cleaning, we expect you to show up.

-Must have a solid work ethic with an initiative for quality and customer service.

-Opportunities for pay increase based on performance and availability.

We clean houses and apartments in Denver, Broomfield, Westminster, Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Erie, Golden, and Northglenn.
