Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing and successful team. Our company has 4 Mobile Home Parks in the Sacramento Area, this position will require traveling between the parks.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in basic electrical, plumbing, irrigation and carpentry.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance tasks.

Landscaping

Must have own tools and vehicle.

Troubleshoot issues and repair equipment promptly to ensure minimum downtime.

Keep logs and report on daily activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Proficiency in mechanical diagnosis and repair.

Ability to work independently, and/or with a helper or crew depending on the job.

Ability to adapt, every day will be different, no two days are the same.

Fluency in Spanish

Available to take emergency/overtime calls.
