Construction Accounts Payable / Office Administrator Position

Seeking an individual who is detail oriented and looking for a career in accounting with our family run site utility construction company. This position would handle all accounts payable consisting of data entry, process vendor invoices, match delivery tickets with invoices, reconcile vendor monthly statements, process and pay all invoices, monthly payments, answer phones, general office duties including ordering supplies, scheduling construction inspections for our team of 40 plus employees, handling human resources as needed, request and send certificates of insurance project specific, vendor/supplier lien releases, emailing, excel spreadsheets for job tracking. This position is in office Monday thru Friday starting at 7:30am. Kaiser health insurance, paid time off, and 401k are available with this position.
