Puffer Malarkey Collective's Costal Venue, Herb & Sea is looking for passionate, hard working and positive employees to join our ever growing group. Just steps from the 101 and the beach.
Fine dining experience preferred. Must be available to work weekends.
Servers: 2 years or more fine dining experience. Extensive food, wine, and spirits knowledge preferred.
Must be available to work weekends.
Must follow instruction and prioritize various task
Attention to detail and sanitation standards
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to communicate clearly with guest, servers, managers and kitchen
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
