Our San Francisco office is looking for a responsible individual for coordinating administrative, and operational activities such as, filing, office support, phone calls, schedules and office compliance in conjunction with the Agency Director.
Essential Duties:
-Assist SF Staff and Scheduler with schedules of appointments for onboarding and orientations.
-Chart preparation for all new clients and new employees for orientation onboarding.
-Assists in supervision of field staff employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company's policies and guidelines.
-Assists with the new hire process for all new employees and ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
-Ensures I-9, background and any other applicable paperwork is completed in a timely manner for each new employee.
-Schedules and lead the annual training for current employees per California and Company policies.
