Experienced Ranch worker - Permanent Full-Time Position

Intown Horse Park in Decatur -

Seeking one highly-experienced Ranch Hand starting at 17.00 an hour.

Our goal is to add a skilled and experienced horse care worker that includes the following attributes and skills:

Willingness to work any shift

This FT position may rotate between evenings and days

Willingness to cover vacation and sick time coverage as needed

Horse Handling Skills

Herd Management Skills

Safety Awareness

Example - Ensures Tools are put away

Alerts of any unsafe conditions

Time Management

Completes tasks on time

Arrives for shifts on time

Pro-active

Alerts management of issues

Notifies leads if time is available to work on additional tasks

Thinks outside the box on how to improve Little Creek

Communication Skills

Training Skills

Fence Repairs and ability to groom arenas are pluses
