Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior experience in the moving sector, specifically with Granot software. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve escalated issues, including on-site challenges.
- Make pickup and delivery ETA confirmation calls to customers.
- Provide general customer service support, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct verification calls to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Multi-task effectively while staying organized and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the moving industry.
- Proficiency with Granot software REQUIRED
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalated issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
