The parent company is present in over 100+ countries on 5 continents, with 100,000+ employees.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRe:Sources is seeking a compliance operations analyst to facilitate compliance activities for Epsilon Data Management, LLC’s compliance program around preventing consumer data from being provided or sold to entities or persons engaged in fraudulent or deceptive marketing. The individual filling this role will assist in ensuring that Epsilon’s program is successfully positioned to identify, prevent and mitigate risk, and to achieve and sustain consistently high and measurable levels of compliance.Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for Epsilon’s Anti-Deceptive Marketing Compliance program, including supporting operational excellence in the Know Your Client (KYC) and Creative Review processes

Facilitate completion of the yearly risk assessment

Perform analysis on complex data sets, and use that data to communicate clear, professional insights and recommendations

Construct professional presentations that communicate analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to drive compliance priorities

Provide project coordination

Track team timelines and progress across projects

Organizing cross-department meetings; document and follow up on next steps

Work cross-functionally within Epsilon to resolve operational issues

Maintain policies, procedures and records of Epsilon’s compliance activities

Assist with operational reporting and dashboard development and maintenance

Manage Compliance Program calendar of events and milestones

Support department leadership with other compliance related projects and responsibilities as assigned

QualificationsQualifications:

2+ years of experience

Bachelor’s degree from 4 year college or university required

Prior experience in a risk and compliance function is a plus

Strong project management, research and communications skills

Ability to analyze large data sets

Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams

Experience in data, advertising, ad-tech, digital advertising, consumer databases, publishers, or marketing services a plus

Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to foster a culture of integrity and transparency

Ability to work on tight deadlines and support multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
