Union Ramen Seeking Sous Chef

Sous Chef needed: base pay starts at $18/hr, plus weekly tip-outs.

We are looking for a passionate chef with at least 2 years of kitchen managerial experience. Someone excited to serve our guests using their talents, ready to learn about the ramen cuisine, and grow from within the company. Winter is coming, so it will be busy.

+ 1 shift meal and 1 shift drink per shift.

Lunch Shift Hours: 8am-3pm

Dinner Shift Hours: 2:30pm - Close

Open to Public: Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm; Friday and Saturday 11am-10pm; Sundays 11am-4pm

Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
