Construction and concrete laborer

Looking to hire a laborer. Heavy construction dealing with buckets, digging trenches, mixing cement, removing concrete and installing sump pumps. Able to work in basements, crawlspaces and outside in various weather. MUST HAVE. Valid drivers license and able to provide abstract. Decently clean background. Work is in customers homes. Professionalism must be upheld at all times. Advancements offered. Training is provided. Will be W-2 employee.
