The Sous Chef is:
Experienced, preferably 3+ years cooking experience in an upscale restaurant
Detail-oriented and thrives in a meticulous environment
Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
