In this role you will:

Ensure day to day operations run smoothly, create an exceptional culinary experience for our guests through the preparation and presentation of high quality foods from our menu serving, and bartending while ensuring guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in contributing to the future look and feel of a guest culinary experience. You will be responsible for ordering food and liquor, monthly inventories, and closing nightly paperwork, supervising the TEAM.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a luxury brand or hotel setting

Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.

Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control

Micro POS experience

Manage the food production process to ensure high-quality standards are met

Supervise in various departments such as restaurant, catering, and kitchen

Implement and maintain efficient operating procedures to maximize customer satisfaction

Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and tracking

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
