Agents hired into this position will be engaging with customers via INBOUND calls, demonstrating superb product knowledge and utilizing specialized sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Customers will feel safe knowing our agents are providing them with TOP-OF-THE-LINE protection plans for their HOMES, VEHICLES, APPLIANCES, and ELECTRONICS. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong computer navigation skills and a SALES DRIVEN - MONEY MOTIVATED mentality!
Multiple shifts available
Paid training ($20 AN HOUR)
The greater of hourly rate or commissions earned paid weekly. UNCAPPED! (Many agents take home $1k-$3.5k WEEKLY)
Residuals paid monthly.
Additional weekly and monthly spiffs/ bonuses
