Qualifications:

Valid Texas DL With a clean Driving record

Able to pass background investigation and drug screen.

Must have a smartphone and access to email.

MUST have Level 3 Texas DPS License.

Must HAVE own firearm and full duty gear with a Level 3 holster.

Job Duties: consist of active patrol of Multi-Family properties.

Interaction with persons on the premises or entering the premises.

Using de-escalation to defuse situations.

Writing detailed, concise reports, violations & maintenance with photos when applicable.

Candidates must be self-motivated and performance oriented.
