Family owned and operated window and glass replacement business is looking for an office administrator to join our team!
Office hours are 7:30am through 4pm Monday through Friday
You will be working in shared office space with office manager and our two office cats, Sashes and Glazier.
Basic Job duties would include answering phones and emails, filing, scanning, general office organization and maintenance, ordering products, estimating for smaller projects/will call orders, and similar office tasks. Working with office manager on additional tasks such as scheduling, website design/implementation, and social media oversight, are also possibilities.
Ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, reliable, and comfortable with basic math. Any previous experience with windows/glass and/or construction office experience is a plus, but not required.
We would love to find someone who is interested in helping us build our brand and working with us for the long term. We can train you in all areas of the trade and operating a small business.
Starting pay is $24 an hour, with a performance-based re-evaluation after 60 days.
