Roofing Sales Star Needed
Mesa based Roofing Company looking for a “Roof Star” in Roofing Sales to handle sales all over the valley.
Job description
Produce and generate work through a wide variety of avenues such as cold lead generation and company assigned leads. Seeing the overall production of a roofing job, while maintaining customer relations and customer satisfaction from start to finish. Which entails scoping work, documenting job details, communication with Production during projects, product knowledge and presentations to customers, payment collections and job closeouts.
Generate leads - door to door or otherwise. Run company fed leads at day and time of appointment
Generate estimates for homeowners and realtors using company CRM software within 24 to 48 hours. Follow-up on all leads for estimate receipt confirmation and answer any questions.
Possess a working knowledge of roofing material and other roofing products and their installation.
Turn in all signed contingency agreements, estimates, scopes, collected checks, and all other job-related material to the office daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 100% Commission $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year - (can discuss a base for 1st few months)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 8-hour shift - Full-time - Weekends as needed
Experience:
Roofing/Construction Knowledge (residential) - Residential Roofing Outside Sales
Ability to climb on roofs and lift up to 50 lbs (if needed)
Roofing Products and application knowledge
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook and other software helpful)
Great customer service skills and follow through
Professional and friendly personality
Strong communication skills - Written and Verbal
Must be organized and have strong relationship building skills
New business development
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: Mix of in office and in field. Full-time Sales Position (site visits required) Office in Mesa, however we service the entire Valley
