Working Foreman, Framing/Construction Work

Local Design/Build General Contractor is looking for an experienced working foreman for various projects.

Ideal candidate must have Journeyman level experience with the following tasks:

Framing from Rough to Finish Work both wood and metal stud

Drywall installation all stages

Demolition of Concrete, Interior Wall Demolition, All Phases of project demolition

Concrete Installation

New Custom Home Construction (All Phases of New Home Construction)

Residential & Commercial Remodels

Proficient using the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must be very organized and able to plan crew/work tasks accordingly for your assigned projects when necessary

Able to write daily log reports of work progress

Must take pride in your work and give 110% at all times

Able to lead when necessary while still being respectful to all crew members and staff

Able to lead team meetings and meet with clients providing excellent customer service when necessary
