Weekend Operations Specialist

Our Operations Team is looking for an energetic and competitive Operations Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile with our customer service for carriers & sales team. Operations Specialists will collaborate with Carrier Sales and Customer Sales reps to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to our customers' shipping/receiving departments. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

Strong Customer Service Skills

Obtaining shipment updates from contractors

High-volume phone and email outreach

Negotiating rates with contractors and customers

Providing updates and solutions to Carrier Sales, Regional Dispatch Managers, or Customer Sales

Problem-solving

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be a self-starter

QUALIFICATIONS:A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
