Skilled Roofing Technician and Welders

General contract company looking for experienced roofers for field technician role.

Knowledge in painting, carpentry, siding, welding, roofing, gutters, and concrete. Stucco is a plus.

Role. Your primary role is to perform construction and repair work for various projects as assigned in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry best practices and applicable building codes. As a Service Technician, you will work directly with the Service Manager for your jobs. Additional duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Self-performance of carpentry, paint, roof, and other repairs as directed

Photo documentation of all repairs and work performed

Delivering progress and completion reports to supervisor, owners, and clients

Calculate and order the required material needed for projects

Create estimates for clients on proposed projects as necessary

Performing Quality Assurance and Quality Control for each job

Ensure work is performed safely and following minimum OSHA requirements
