Deliver high-quality service and ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Explain menu offerings and detailed descriptions of each dish with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all food and beverage items, their ingredients, and preparation methods.

Facilitate effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure prompt preparation and delivery of dishes.

Manage reservations and address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.

Accurately handle payments and manage financial transactions.

Requirements

Proven experience in high-end omakase or Japanese cuisine environments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for Japanese culture and cuisine.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
