Responsibilities:
Client Services: Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Administrative Tasks: Process maintenance requests, handle financial transactions, and maintain organized records.
Property Preparation: Ensure rental properties are well-maintained, repaired, and ready for prospective tenants.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Word, Pages) and other relevant applications. (We will provide training in QuickBooks and Appfolio.)
Mobility: Possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
Communication: Exemplify strong verbal and written communication skills. (Spanish-speaking candidates will receive increased compensation.)
Professionalism: Maintain a positive outlook, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
Adaptability: Thrive in both independent and team-oriented work environments.
