-Verify and confirm order information to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

-Previous customer service experience

-Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact.

-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
