Handyman

Handyman needed for busy apartment buildings.

Skills needed:

Plumbing, Drywall, Flooring, Basic Electrical (Remove and Install light fixtures), and Painting. Minimum 5 years experience. Must provide your own tools.

Area of work is the NE Miami area close to North Miami ave and NE 79th Street.

This position pays $18 per hour and it's part time. More hours may be given depending on work load. Plenty of projects.
