Experienced Commercial Electrical Foremen NEEDED
We have been in business since 1962 and have deep roots in the community as well as the state. We are and always have been a family-owned company. We have many jobs already going as well as many contracts in place with jobs secured as far out as July 2025. We are very close with many of the large GC’s in the county with an excellent rating with them.
Minimum Experience Required:
Five or more years of combined experience in commercial and industrial electrical work
GED or equivalent diploma
Must be familiar with proper use of PPE and OSHA rules applicable to construction sites
Must have experience overseeing the work for a crew of 6 or more electricians
Must be able to read and understand blueprints and symbols
Desired skill sets include:
Must have effective communication skills.
Must be able to teach low skilled workers and ensure work is done expected quality
Must have experience producing material requests.
Must be capable of planning work two weeks in advance.
Must have good knowledge of NEC requirements for common installations commercial projects.
Capable of operating scissor lifts
OSHA 10 or 30 not required but a plus
Capable of operating forklifts and excavation equipment
Physical Requirements:
You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
