Landmark Realty is currently hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians for several of our beautiful apartment communities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and full benefits offered. We are hiring Immediately. HVAC Maintenance Technicians perform general property maintenance repairs and upgrades involving plumbing, electrical, painting & drywall. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred) and HVAC experience is required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

Performs general building maintenance repairs and replacements (appliances, HVAC units, plumbing, and carpentry work)

Handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner

Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly shop

Knows when to escalate maintenance issues to management

Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors

Requirements:

HVAC service technician experience and certification required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Have your own tools to complete all necessary repairs
