Accounts Payable

Specialty Construction Subcontractor located in Springfield, NJ. We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to receive, process, verify, reconcile vendor invoices and perform various data entry task(s). Eligible candidate will also charge expenses to accounts, ensure credits are received when applicable, review and verify expense reports, along with various other accounts payable duties.

Qualities Needed:

The ideal candidate will need to be bilingual,

self motivated, energetic and professional. Also needed is the ability to take directions and work as part of a team.
