Manufacturing Engineer - $101,000+ (BS in Industrial Engineering and 10 years minimum experience)

Oversees the technical aspects of developing, establishing, testing, and improving manufacturing systems and methods including, but not limited to automation and improvement of processing equipment, material handling equipment, tooling, fixtures, jigs, and testing equipment. Ensure that standard operating procedures are in place and remain relevant to drive safety, quality and efficiency. Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards. Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. Ensure equipment maintenance tasks and schedules meet manufacturer’s recommendations. Analyze labor cost and plan workflow, staffing, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency and identify and optimize bottlenecks. Ensure that metrics for efficiency and productivity are accurate and drive improvement. Assess capacity and required resources to meet customer demand. Identify and analyze process and design improvements to reduce cost and lead time. Ensures manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations. Recommends new policies or procedures as necessary to ensure improved products or services. Conducts training and assessments as directed. Maintain extensive drawing library of customer-designed data center cooling equipment, manage regular drawing changes through ECO process, and work with production teams to ensure all physical copies are latest revisions. Work with customer teams to evaluate new and revised specifications; perform CDE (comply, deviate, except) process and communicate results to key team members. Manage full submittal package for the product and provide deliverables to site general contractors and customer groups for each deployment. Desire to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and tackle the challenges associated with data center driven product lines. Actively develop new welding procedures and welding methods. Liaison between Engineering & Header Bay personnel. Communicate with customers regarding welding issues. Review and assign Welding Procedure Specifications for jobs. Maintain welder qualifications and test methods for both the American Welding Society and Canadian Welding Bureau with regards to structure department. Calculate weld consumables. Maintain the Welding Procedure Specification and Procedure Qualification Report database with current procedures. Maintain and coordinate Pressure Equipment Directive Certification. Develop and publish Welding Procedure Specifications, Procedure Qualification Reports, Tube-to-Tube Sheet mock-ups. Review and accommodate welding specifications. Sales Engineer – $65,000+ (B.A./B.S. Degree)

Prepare and submit a sales quotation to customer, which includes thermal design, costing, terms and conditions, and specification review and clarifications. Communicate and research customer needs to develop competitive and applicable offering. Negotiate with customer to obtain order while focusing on company profitability and ability to fabricate within quotation constraints. Responsible for on-site field visits to collect data, partner with the customer on potential solutions and supervise the installation of equipment. Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment, perform analysis, and provide solutions. Partner with customers to ensure excellent communication, timely reports, and insightful service. Responsible to insure all new or modified installations of equipment have been completed to ensure full functionality according to applicable industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications. Review performance reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem. Analyze inspection reports to determine source of problem. Make recommendations for repairs, replacements, upgrades and/or corrective actions. Coordinates problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other inter-company departments to expedite service. Maintains records of reports. Responsible for submitting reports to the Field Service Supervisor. Provides recommendations to Field Service Supervisor on recurring equipment problems noted in the field to instigate corrective action in design, production, and/or service to eliminate future problems. Troubleshoots, dismantles, and reassembles machines, equipment, and their subassemblies according to customers’ needs following drawings and other written and verbal specifications; plans assembly procedures, following specifications and using knowledge gained by experience. Drills, taps, or reams holes, aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools; installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, fan blades, bearings, and work them to test free movement; bends and installs pipe for lubricating systems. Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears including drive motors and fan shafts alignment. Conducts preventative maintenance at customer facilities. Maintenance Technician Class A – DAY SHIFT – $28+ (Crane Technician)

Ability to repair and maintain overhead bridge cranes Jib Cranes and other types of machinery require diagnosing and making solid recommendations to repair all equipment as needed. Must have knowledge in repairing, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems. Observe mechanical devices in operation and listens to the sounds to locate cause of trouble. Perform monthly inspections on all production equipment and replacement parts; Confer with department managers to coordinate monthly inspections. Examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections; repair or replace defective parts; install special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricate and clean parts. Start devices to test their performance. Operate overhead and jib cranes, operate industrial forklifts and man lifts. Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine. Ability to dismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. Ability to install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. Layout, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Ability to repair and maintain physical structure of establishment. Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
