$20 / hour

Daily local travel, includes mileage reimbursement

Occasional weekend work may be required

BASIC FUNCTION

The Full-time Field Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, including Grapevine Mills, USPS lockers, several fitness club locations and various malls as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect and perform maintenance on assigned equipment

Clean strollers, massage chairs, wheelchairs, CMUs, and locker systems to ensure clean and functional equipment is always available for customers

Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions

Manage locations in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, as well as Smarte Carte and facility policies, procedures, and standards

Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager

Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed

Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management

Other assignments as needed.

SKILLS

Minimum 2 years in a customer service role required.

Minimum 2 years of field based product support experience (route) preferred

Basic understanding of electro/mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair

Excellent verbal and written communication

Maintain accurate records and compile reports

Proficient in computer and Smartphone use

EDUCATION

Technical degree or similar preferred

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Valid Driver License required

Ability to get USPS badge required (background check, drug screen)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift 40 lbs. to waist height

Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.

Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time

Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs
