Job Descriptions:Sigmatech currently has a position opening for a Talent Management Analyst supporting US Space Force's Enterprise Talent Management Office. Responsibilities include: Provide support and expertise to a rapidly growing Enterprise-wide Board Management Office. Provide recommendations and support to develop personnel with space operations, intelligence, cyber, and acquisition/engineer skills/background. Conduct officer/enlisted talent management boards, such as Director of Operations, Det/CC, Sq Command/ML, E-8/E-9 leadership, Developmental Education (DE), and Accessions. USSF promotion boards potentially added in the future. Support space/cyber/intelligence Guardian force development and management. Create/Maintain/Deliver senior leader briefings. Administer Education and Training development; assist in consolidation of education requirements and determination of appropriate completion methods.Required Experience:10 years' space operations, intel, cyber, acquisition/engineering or personnel experience with 7 years' talent management experience; assignment/detailer experience highly desired. Proficiency with leadership development timelines and requirements Proficiency with officer/enlisted success indicators and building future leaders Proficiency with USSF human capital enterprise and DoD policies. Proficiency with talent management processes (i.e., DTs/leadership selection boards/promotion boards/retention boards), preferably USAF/USSF. Proficiency with assignment/STARNOM/CAPNOM boards/processes Proficiency briefing and supporting senior officers Knowledgeable of USSF space ops/intel/cyber/acquisition/engineering units/missions/systems/organization/initiatives Familiar with USSF personnel/manpower systems and products (i.e., PRDA/RAW/DCPDS/AMS/MyVector/TalentMarketplace/MilPDS/ MPES/STARS, Envision, eBoss, etc.) Knowledgeable of roles/responsibilities/processes of principal USSF space human capital stakeholders Proficiency with development of talent management policy/guidance/instructions Knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) guidance and labeling Knowledge of current USSF talent management initiatives.
