Responsibilities:

As a Restoration Technician your daily work will involve responding to customer needs for Water and Mold Restoration jobs. This includes performing essential tasks such as drying, demolition, and various restoration activities. To excel in this role, you should bring:

- Significant prior experience in cleaning and restoration.

- A commitment to maintaining a high standard of work quality and a genuine concern for its impact on customers and your fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute production/restoration processes as per work orders and instructions from the crew chief.

- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies required for each project.

- Ensure your work vehicle and equipment are consistently clean and organized.

- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.

- Leave job sites in a clean and orderly condition.

- Maintain open and effective communication with the crew chief and fellow technicians.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

- Prior experience in cleaning and restoration.

- Proven experience serving commercial properties.

- Possession of a valid driver’s license.

- IICRC Certification preferred but not required
