Maintenance Tech/Lot Attendant

Manufactured home dealer seeking experienced, part-time Maintenance Tech/Lot attendant: 3 days/week, Mon/Wed/Fri 8:00-4:30

Job Description:

Duties include but not limited to; maintenance of our home display lot, cleaning of our company fleet vehicles, removal of construction debris, trash from the property, landscaping maintenance of our stock homes in the field, maintain warehouse cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will perform other duties as assigned by their direct supervisor, on an as needed basis. The ideal candidate meets the requirements listed below and is willing and able to professionally and positively assist both customers and company personnel.

Job Requirements:

-CDL

-Clean driving record

-Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance

-positive upbeat attitude
