C. Rose Wellness in Old Orchard Beach has a private suite available and is looking for a massage therapist! Sink in room, AC, multiple ways to network within building, client snacks, laundry, parking and opportunities for growth/workshops available! All utilities included with couples massage room for extra income. Our spaces are new, beautiful and cute! Suite rentals are 1 year lease terms and are monthly payments.

Suite 1: 9’8” x 9’11” (includes sink)

Suite 2: 9’9” x 9’11” (sink can be plumbed)

Suite 7: 15’6” x 9’11” (our corner office)

Suite 8: 12’2 x 9’1” (no neighbors)

Must have LLC, insurance, Maine massage therapist license, and a fun attitude! Rent ranges from $725-$1200 depending on size of room
