Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative and flavorful dishes.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and cost control.
