As an Executive Assistant, you will coordinate the daily administrative needs of executives, and the main administrative aspects of the technology department. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential working relationships with the leaders and his/her staff. We ask that you hold considerable experience in supporting executive administrative functions. This would include performing these tasks using both accurate and confidential methods. Additional requirements include thorough knowledge of our organization/operations of the technology division. You will also exhibit strong knowledge and abilities in a standard executive administrative practice.Position Compensation Range:$24.03 - $39.90Pay Rate Type:HourlyCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.Primary Accountabilities

You will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for leaders, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; complete expense reports; compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential

You will arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas

Your responsibilities also include compiling documents for travel-related meetings; as well as coordinating meetings internally and/or with vendors

You will research incoming issues and concerns addressed to supported leaders, including those that may be confidential nature. You will also determine appropriate course of action, referral or response.

The Executive Assistant will also provide a bridge for communication between the leader's office and internal departments by demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

You will work with the leader(s) keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and conduct follow up as appropriate.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or support.

Demonstrated skills and ability to operate general office equipment.

Demonstrated experience in administrative work and general office administration.

Keyboarding/typing ability of 25 WPM.

Solid knowledge and experience of PC and product software.

Must have MS Office experience, including but limited to MS Excel and Powerpoint
