This role involves working predominantly in an office setting, with weekly visits to job sites in the Portland Metro Area. The ideal candidate will own, develop, and direct all activities essential to completing profitable, timely projects. Responsibilities include writing subcontracts for various trades, creating owner billings, conceptualizing project budgets, and estimating in collaboration with the estimating team.
