We are growing and are currently seeking a talented Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer – focusing on cloud and application infrastructure work.

Do you have experience with Session Border Control? Do you have experience in cloud infrastructure and possess great problem solving-skills, our team needs you! As one of our Cloud and Infrastructure Engineers, you will use a variety of engineering, architecture, implementation, and operational support for cloud and on-premises IT systems. One of these positions will also plan and configure MS Teams phone environments and direct routing and will act/become the subject matter expert on Teams and be a resource for other team members.

This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position, DOE, with work location to be determined. Job Description

Essential Functions

Research, design, develop, and implement technologies and systems

Support client service delivery and projects

Manage projects and coordinate resources

Troubleshoot, support, and assist clients with technology systems

Develop, operate, maintain, and sustain technology infrastructure

Consult with clients to support and troubleshoot system issues

Participate in on-call rotations

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of technology systems and designs

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of systems principals, architecture, design, analysis, and troubleshooting

Demonstrate advanced skill in operating server infrastructure, including automation, in Windows and Linux virtualized environments

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Demonstrate project management skills

Excellent coaching and mentoring skills

Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to provide, maintain, update, and monitor Microsoft 365 and Azure services

Ability to work independently and within a group

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and needs

Qualifications

Five years’ experience in IT infrastructures,

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field, or a combination of experience and education may be substituted

Three years’ experience with virtualization platforms

Three years’ experience with hyperscale public cloud infrastructure

Relevant professional certifications, preferred
