Treatment Room Available in Boutique Spa

Treatment Room available at Virginia Aesthetics in downtown Hermosa Beach 555 Pier Ave. Room has a sink and is furnished with a massage table, stool and cabinet. The office provides water for clients and for therapists, soap, and paper towels. This is an excellent opportunity in a very relaxing and serene space. Looking for a Massage Therapist, Esthetician, PMA, Accupuncturist, or Lash Artist. Please note that in order to work in the office your California Praticioner License/Licenses and Insurance must be current.

Room is available Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You will have full access to the room from 6a-9p on the days you choose as your permanent schedule.

Rental rates are

$300 a month (for 2 days a wk)

$400 a month (for 3 days a wk)

$500 a month (for 4 days a wk)

Parking is available on the front, side and back of building. Easy access to the office from the back lot. Please note that you will need to have your own clients. Office does not have a receptionist and does not offer marketing. You will be given a key and can come and go as you wish on your assigned days.
