Reliable Office Admin need for large and profitable roofing company. MUST have verifiable work references and relevant experience. MUST be able to drive and have transportation. Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks. Maintaining the office setting, such as scheduling appointments, answering phones. They may also organize files and keep databases up to date.

Meeting organization. Keeping meetings on track and schedule them.

Office supply management. Keeping track of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, and placing orders when needed. Keeping office cleaned, stocked and organized.

Data entry: Updating documentation using spreadsheets or information tracking software, such as customer details, payment records, and inventory.

Administrative support. Performing and facilitating administrative activities and procedures, such as travel arrangements for managers, and providing assistance with bookkeeping.

Compliance. Ensuring that the office adheres to company policies and procedures.

Communication. Handling all incoming phone calls and emails, and logging reports, inquires, and notify Owner of important items immediately.

Ad hoc. Various other needs that come up
