CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION: SITE LEADERS NEEDED

We are seeking a Site Leaderto become a part of our team!Youwill help plan andexecute all necessary renovation tasks.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all jobsite activities

Follow safe building practices with accordance to regulatory building code

Ensure all work updatesare properly communicated to project manager

Supervise and train onsite crew

Qualifications:

8+ years experience in various disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, Drywall Finishing, etc.)

Ability to build rapport with clients

Capacity to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communicationskills

Must have truck & working cellphone

Preferred:

Being bi-lingual is a plus
