Position Type: On-Call / As-Needed

Description:

This role is designed to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. As an on-call Massage Therapist, you will provide services based on client appointments and demand. Your schedule will vary, with shifts assigned according to peak times and client needs.

This setup allows you to enjoy the benefits of working in a nice spa environment while also providing the flexibility to fit this role into your schedule.

Your Role at Aesthetica Organic:

Be a Wellness Architect: Use your expertise in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, wood therapy and other massage techniques to design personalized experiences that leave clients feeling renewed.

Craft Unforgettable Moments: Each session you conduct at Aesthetica Organic is a chance to create a unique and memorable escape tailored to the specific needs of your client.

Set the Ambiance: Maintain a peaceful and inviting treatment room that enhances the client’s journey to relaxation and wellness.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed & Ready: You must hold a valid Massage Therapist license in Texas.

Experience & Enthusiasm: No prior experience is required—if you’re passionate and eager to make a difference, we’d love to have you on our team

Lymphatic Drainage Massage: Experience or certification in lymphatic drainage massage is a significant plus.

Communication & Connection: Your ability to connect with clientsis valuable.

Flexible & Positive: You’re open to working on demand, few hours a week, some Saturdays, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
