" CALLING ALL CANVASSER'S"
So you're considering choosing a position at a higher hourly wage, but you're hesitant because you know that a few extra bucks per hour don't add up to much, unless you're working 50-60 hours a week and getting time and a half on the overtime.
Now most straight commission jobs usually pay out significantly more money than salary based positions but the problem is that if you don't sell, well you know the rest.
So what if there was a way to have both. What if there was a position available that offered a little bit lower hourly wage and a little bit lower commission which would be considered a more balanced compensation package? So a package like this could allow someone to know that at the very least that they would be able to afford their bills, while at the same time providing the opportunity to have more control over their own income, and not by working more hours, but by utilizing and maximizing their time in a most efficient manner.
Well my friend there is LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.
We offer a base pay of either $16 or $20 per hour which is an option that you get to choose from. The $16 per hour comes with a higher commission package and of course the $20 package includes a lower commission structure. We pay every single week and the hours can be as little as 30 hours or as much as 50 and that is also up to you. Our top canvassers make between 5 and 6 thousand a month and our average canvassers pay comes in around $2500 per month.
Now I know the very next thought that usually pop into someone's head after hearing about an opportunity like this is something like; it's too good to be true, what's the catch or it's a pyramid scheme. So number one it's not too good to be true because it's been going on here at our company since 1989 and many of our canvasser's have been with us for many years. There is no catch, and like any other job there are good days and bad days. This is not a position that would allow someone to sit around and get paid, it is not necessary to work lot's of extra hours over the typical 30 to 40 hour work week but when you're here you do have to work hard and you do have to show up. Last but not least we offer a product to the public, not a pyramid to our family members and friends and we encourage you to look us up our company's name is Conservation Construction.
We also offer:
Long Term employment
Extra bonuses which are separate from commission
Company attire
401 K
Health Insurance
Opportunity for advancement
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR & VALID DL
