-Night shift

(2PM to 11PM)

-basic understanding on how to use variety of food service equipments.

-knowledge for food safety, sanitation and food handling procedure.

-prior knowledge about Italian cuisine.

-Can assist the chef in ordering product (sous)

-40-50 hours a week + tips

-health card required (ServSafe is a plus)
