Your Role

As a Mobile GPS Installation & Service Technician, you will:

Work completely mobile, dispatched from your home to the customer’s location.

Ensure timely and efficient installation and service of GPS and Fleet Management equipment.

Provide exceptional customer experiences, going the extra mile to meet and exceed expectations.

Maintain accurate records of work orders and paperwork for assignments.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years in an Automotive 12V related field. Bonus points if you have worked with car audio and/or have your Mobile Electronics Certification Profession (MECP) designation.

Skills: Ability to test vehicle wiring using a Multimeter, disassemble vehicle dashboards, and troubleshoot vehicle wiring.

Tools & Transportation: You have your own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Driver’s license.

Proactive Attitude: You’re self-motivated and can anticipate and manage tasks without constant supervision.

Lifelong Learner: You’re inquisitive and solve problems with curiosity.

Team Player: You work well in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to team goals.

Daily Responsibilities

Be mobile: dispatched from your home to the customer’s location daily.

Perform timely installations and services of GPS and Fleet Management equipment.

Deliver outstanding customer service by going the extra mile.

Keep track of work orders and necessary paperwork meticulously.
