Skilled Carpenter/ Framer

Opening for carpenter at high end custom tiny home builder. Looking for a skilled carpenter. Need someone proficient in framing, exterior siding, window and door installation, and has significant knowledge of the construction industry. Attention to details is a must! Should be able to read blueprints, sketches, and construction plans. Should be able to follow direction easily. Also, must be able to move heavy materials and tools around the warehouse.

Not looking for an apprentice or laborer.

- Must be a team player but be able to work independently when needed. Should be able to multitask. Will be called upon to do different task throughout the day.

-Keep a clean work environment and clean up at the end of day. May include sweeping warehouse.

- We work inside a warehouse or inside an A/C tiny home (most of the time). We do not travel to multiple job sites.

-Clean worksite. No drugs or drinking on the jobsite.

Resume, portfolio or work experience required.

Pay dependent on work experience. Paid time off and Holidays after 90-day probationary period.
