Office Assistant/Customer Service

Responsibilities:
Answering customers calls and answering any questions they may have
Scheduling appointments
Sending out emails, letters to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their service
Light dispatching of drivers
Assisting with billing and some collection
Processing customer payments as needed
Scan and find various types of documents into company system
Open mail and distribute mail to the proper departments
Keep tracking packing slips, matching up invoices to slips
Process paperwork and distribution to the proper department
Enter information into company system
Ordering company supplies and forms as needed
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Bilingual preferred
Good computer skills
Good organizational skills
Hours are:
Monday through Friday -8am - 5pm
The pay is up to $25.00 an hour
