SALES PERSON - SERVICES SALES

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Independent Sales Representative to help us expand our market presence.
Position Summary:
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory or market segment. This is a 1099 contractor position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to earn commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations of company's experience to prospective clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using Salesforce.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in services
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft office and Salesforce.
High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
Commission Structure: Competitive commission rates based on sales performance, with no cap on earnings.
Incentives: Base salary will start after reaching and keeping a certain level of sales. To be determined after a 6 month probation period.
Expenses: gas allowance and phone allowance.
Contract Duration: ongoing
Non-Compete/Non-Disclosure: The contractor will sign a non-compete/non-disclosure agreement.
Termination: “at will”
Compliance: The contractor is responsible for adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and tax obligations as an independent contractor.
