# Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

## Duties

- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, room-clearning, laundry, taking to groceries/medicine/doctors

- Assist with simple meal preparation and medication administration

- Support individuals with dementia care and social interaction

- Maintain a clean and organized living environment

- Utilize systems to document care provided

- Assist with lifting and transferring individuals when necessary

- Work closely with individuals with autism and provide direct support as needed

## Qualifications

- Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to work well with people, including those with diverse needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to various caregiving tasks
