Ice Cream Scooper (Ice Cream Shop Team Member)

As a Scooper, you’ll be at the heart of our playful and welcoming shop, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet each guest with a warm smile and a genuine welcome, embodying the spirit of fun and connection.

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare and serve ice creams with attention to detail and presentation.

- Suggest ice cream flavors, toppings, and treats.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment, from the counter to the seating areas.

- Restock inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.

- Assist with opening and closing duties.

- Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring our shop is a safe and hygienic place for both guests and team members.

- Deliver exceptional customer service with kindness, humor, and a commitment to making each visit special.

Requirements:

- A love for ice cream and a passion for creating joyful, memorable experiences for every customer.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality that shines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail to create visually appealing ice cream treats.

- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.

- Flexibility in working different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
