Job Description:

As a Collision Repair Technician at CCR collision repair, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vehicles to their pre-collision condition. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a dedication to producing exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and Assess Damage: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the extent of collision damage and create detailed repair estimates along with damage writer .

- Perform Repairs: Execute repairs on damaged vehicles, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and paint refinishing, ensuring all work meets industry standards.

- Use Diagnostic Tools: Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues and address them effectively.

- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.

- Communicate with team members: Provide clear and accurate updates to team members regarding the status of the vehicle repairs and address any concerns or questions.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest repair techniques, technologies, and industry best practices through continuous learning and training.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Collision Repair Technician with a strong background in auto body repair and refinishing.

- Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., I-CAR, ASE) are preferred but not required.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and repair techniques.

- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work with a focus on achieving high-quality results.

- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
